Terms of Service

1. About AtlasCrafter

AtlasCrafter lets you design custom map posters and purchase them as either digital downloads or physical prints shipped to your address.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By using the Service, you confirm you are 18 or older.

3. Purchases and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

For physical prints, Printful handles production and shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times are shown at checkout.

For digital downloads, your files (PNG and PDF) become available immediately after payment. Your unique download link is valid indefinitely but may be revoked if the purchase is refunded.

4. Refunds

Our refund policy is posted at atlascrafter.com/refunds and is part of these Terms. In summary:

• Digital downloads are final sale except for technical issues
• Physical prints with manufacturing or shipping defects will be replaced or refunded
• Damaged shipments must be reported within 30 days of delivery

5. Your Content

When you use our map designer, you provide location input and design choices. You retain all rights to your personal creative choices. The resulting poster is for your personal use only — you may not resell, redistribute, or use AtlasCrafter designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Our Content

The AtlasCrafter platform — including the design tools, themes, code, and branding — is our intellectual property. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or use our service to build a competing product.

Map data and tiles are provided by third parties (MapTiler, ESRI) under their respective licenses.

7. Prohibited Use

Do not use AtlasCrafter to:

• Violate any law
• Attempt to breach our security or disrupt the Service
• Scrape or systematically extract data
• Resell our designs or digital downloads
• Misrepresent yourself or defraud us or others

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Physical print quality depends on Printful’s production. While we work to ensure high quality, minor color and positioning variations may occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasCrafter’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at support@atlascrafter.com and try to resolve it informally. Both parties agree to participate in good-faith informal negotiations for at least 30 days before pursuing any formal action.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, it will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Virginia, United States. You and AtlasCrafter both waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

If any dispute reaches court instead of arbitration, it will be filed in the state or federal courts of Virginia. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Virginia, United States.

You have one (1) year from the date a claim arises to file it. After that, the claim is waived.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
